Conflict Goes Regional: Egypt Struck for First Time as Kuwait, Jordan Also Hit

The US-Iran conflict has drawn in three more countries within a single window: Egypt was struck for the first time (a port hit), prompting Iran's FM Araghchi to call Egypt an 'important friend and partner'; the IRGC says it targeted US bases in Kuwait and Jordan after US forces bombed a building on Iran's Qeshm Island; and Kuwait reports one worker killed at a Chinese company's building. The IRGC has pledged further response, though the timing/target of any follow-through is unconfirmed as of this writing.
