Ukraine's Caspian Strike Merges Two Wars, Iran Vows Response

Tehran also summoned Ukraine's charge d'affaires to formally protest what it called a "hostile and criminal act," while reiterating that Iran itself has not intervened in the Russia-Ukraine war.
